Welcome to F4Golf. By accessing or using the F4Golf mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

F4Golf is a platform that connects golfers to find, create, and join tee times at golf courses. The Service allows users to search for tee times by location, manage bookings, communicate with other golfers, and process payments for reservations.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

3. SMS Communications and Consent

By providing your phone number and requesting a verification code, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from F4Golf for the purpose of authenticating your identity. These messages contain one-time verification codes (OTP) only. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. F4Golf does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

5. Tee Time Bookings

When you create or join a tee time through F4Golf, you are committing to attend. Hosts may require approval before participants can join. Hosts may cancel tee times, and participants may leave tee times, subject to the policies displayed in the app. F4Golf is a platform connecting golfers and is not responsible for the conduct of individual users or the conditions at golf courses.

6. Payments

Certain tee times may require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. F4Golf does not store your payment card details. Refund policies are determined by the tee time host and displayed at the time of booking.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by F4Golf and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of course information, tee time availability, or the behavior of other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F4Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
