F4Golf ("we", "our", "us") operates the F4Golf mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, and/or phone number provided during registration.
• Profile information: Handicap, skill level, gender, birth year, profile photo, and language preferences you choose to provide.
• Location data: GPS coordinates when you search for nearby tee times (only when you grant permission).
• Usage data: Tee times created, joined, or viewed; messages sent through the platform.
• Payment information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including matching you with tee times.
• To authenticate your identity via email or SMS one-time verification codes (OTP).
• To process payments for tee time reservations.
• To send transactional communications related to your account and tee times.
• To improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns.

3. SMS and Phone Number Usage

If you provide a phone number for authentication, we will send you a one-time verification code (OTP) via SMS to verify your identity. We use MessageBird as our SMS provider. Your phone number is used exclusively for authentication purposes. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages via SMS. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate F4Golf:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Cloudflare: Content delivery and image storage (R2).
• MessageBird: SMS delivery for phone authentication.

Each third-party service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by Supabase (AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and role-based access controls.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your profile information at any time through the app.
• Delete your account by contacting us at support@f4golf.com.
• Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP.
• Request a copy of your personal data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
